Step-by-Step Process
1Inquiry Stage

  • Stock List: After receiving your inquiry, we will provide our most up-to-date stock list, which includes:
    • Available species
    • Current pricing per species
    • Special offers or rare species for that period
  • Filling Your Order: You will need to fill out the stock list with your desired order quantities and send it back to us. We will begin processing your order as soon as we receive it.
2Confirming and Placing the Order
  • Pro-forma Invoice: Once we receive your completed order, we will prepare a pro-forma invoice, which details all the costs, including:
    • Itemized list of species and quantities
    • Total price
    • Shipping costs (calculated per kilogram based on destination flight rates)
    • Estimated delivery timeline
  • Payment Terms: We currently accept international bank transfers only. Once the payment is confirmed, we will start processing your order for shipment.
3Order Processing and Preparation
  • Selection and Health Check: Our expert team carefully selects healthy, active species to fulfill your order. Each fish undergoes a strict quarantine process and health check to ensure it’s in prime condition for export.
  • Fasting Protocol: Fish are fasted 12-24 hours before packing to minimize waste and stress during transit.
  • Packing for Shipment: All orders are packed following strict guidelines to ensure that the fish arrive healthy. This includes:
    • Double-bagging with oxygen for safe transit
    • Adding water conditioners to maintain water quality
    • Using insulated boxes for temperature control
4Shipping and Delivery
  • Shipping Method: We offer air freight for international deliveries. Shipping times range from 1-5 days, depending on the destination.
  • Tracking: After your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information, including the airway bill (AWB) number, so you can monitor your shipment in real-time.
  • Arrival Time: We will notify you of the estimated arrival time, so you can prepare to receive and acclimate your fish.
5Receiving Your Shipment
  • Inspecting the Shipment: Upon arrival, carefully inspect the box for damage and ensure the fish are in good condition. If any issues arise, please document them immediately (with photos) and contact us within two hours of receipt.
  • DOA Reporting: In the unlikely event that any fish arrive dead on arrival (DOA), notify us immediately with photos of the affected fish in unopened bags. We will work with you to provide a credit or replacement, depending on the situation.
